Charming Circles Ruler

Create beautiful denim looks for quilts, totes, pillows and more with the new Charming Circles Ruler. Cut perfect circles using the outside edge and then mark your stitching lines using the marking guides on the ruler. Ruler is designed to work perfectly with 5in charm squares.
